The Salvation Army is an international Christian church. Its message is based on the Bible; its ministry is motivated by love for God and the needs of humanity.

HARBOUR LIGHT'S MISSION

Harbour Light exists to restore hope and promote recovery in Vancouver’s downtown eastside.

LOCAL COMMITMENT STATEMENT

Harbour Light is an inclusive place of new beginnings. We are one team, serving our community from a foundation of faith, respect, and experience. Our recovery-focused residential and community programs provide basic needs and a holistic, trauma-informed approach that meets people where they are.
