Schools
Schools are welcome to reach out to inquire about our Community Engagement Coordinator to inquire about availability and the possibility of an agreement between your school and VHL.
Be prepared to
- Submit recent Criminal Record Review Program clearance for vulnerable adults (or willingness to undergo clearance through Harbour Light). For correctional placements, students must be willing to undergo enhanced security clearance.
- Go through an online interview.
If your school does not have an affiliation with us, you will need to ask your academic advisor to reach out to us to set up an Affiliation Agreement. This process can sometimes be lengthy, so it is wise to plan well in advance of your desired placement dates.
